Sweet Dreams is proud to offer Nationwide Delivery with all mattress sets, futons, daybeds, and accessories. Bedroom Suits are available for delivery along the East Coast! Mattress Delivery is included in the posted price on the ecatalog. Mattress delivery includes delivery and setup within 2-3 weeks. Express curbside delivery is also available on all in stock mattresses, futons and daybeds within 2-7 business days. Sweet Dreams teams up with a fantastic network of delivery agents across the country, and we look forward to you experiencing our customer oriented service!

Once you have placed your order with us, you will be sent an email confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. Please review the confirmation for any corrections you would like to make. If there are corrections to be made, please email them back as soon as you can. Upon processing your order, we will have tracking information available for you within 4-8 business days. You will be contacted prior to delivery to schedule an appointment for your delivery. We will be here to help you in this communication every step of the way! If you would like your old bedding removed upon delivery, we have this service available to you for $60 in all areas except for the Gulf Coast! Please request this service prior to the scheduled date of delivery.

Warranty Rights

The Simmons mattress set you will sleep on draws on nearly 130 years of manufacturing innovation, enhanced by sleep research first pioneered by Simmons in 1925. Simmons is committed to scientific design and testing of all its products, helping you sleep soundly for years to come.

What is covered? If your Simmons mattress is supported by a Simmons Triton Foundation or a firm, supportive, rigid non-yielding foundation, this warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Simmons mattress or foundation. Replacement of one piece does not automatically result in the replacement of the other piece. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser. Proof of original receipt is required.

Coverage period- For Simmons Beautyrest or BackCare models there is a 10 year coverage, non-prorated. For Simmons DeepSleep models, there is a 10 year prorated warranty.

What will Simmons do? If your Simmons mattress or foundation fails due to a manufacturing defect, the exclusive remedy under this warranty will be repair or replacement of the defective product in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands. Simmons reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing piece.

Copy of original bill of sale is needed to determine original date of purchase. Model name label and law label must be attached to identify the bedding and validate this warranty.

What is excluded under this warranty? This warranty does not apply to: Firmness preference of the product, Normal body impressions of 1 ½” or less, bed height, fabric, bent border wires, burns, stains, or soil, mattresses not used with proper rigid non-yielding foundation, damage due to improper washing for HealthSmart covers, shrinkage for HealthSmart cover so long as it still can be zipped, transportation, inspection, or removal costs of product, or for health reasons any mattress that has been stained or soiled.

Proper support for queen, Olympic Queen, and King models- Metal frames are required to have at least one leg and center rigid support system. Wood Frames are required to have at least 5 hardwood slats, or slats with center legs. We recommend at least 3 legs for optimal support and sagging prevention.

Return Policy

Your comfort is guaranteed! After receiving your new Simmons mattress set, we encourage you to try it for 30 days to become accustomed to the new advanced support. If you are unable to adjust to your new mattress set after trying it for 30 days, you can exchange this mattress set for another model from our online catalog. We cover the shipping costs, and apply the credit of your original purchase towards the exchange. There is a $150 fee to activate the exchange, and no refunds are available. Exchanges must take place within 60 days of the original delivery date. Limit one exchange per customer. To schedule an exchange call our Customer Satisfaction department at 1-866-799-0048.
