120 Night In-Home Comfort Exchange Trial - (Offered on all non-clearance mattresses and only to customers in the continental US for all policies listed below)

  • Buy the mattress from us, on our website, by phone, or in our stores
  • We’ll deliver your mattress and set it up in your bedroom for you.
  • Sleep on our new mattress for at least 30 nights to get used to its amazing comfort and support
  • If you’re not happy in the first 120 days, call us 1-866-799-0048.
  • Our staff will work with you to answer any of your questions and resolve your concerns
  • If the mattress is just not a good fit for you, you will receive a full credit of what you paid (minus $150 exchange fee) for the mattress toward another model from our selection.
  • Out-of-state customers, please allow 3-6 weeks for an exchange delivery to be routed for your address.
  • Only 1 exchange per customer
  • No refunds (Except on Comfor-Pedic, Tempur-Pedic, Icomfort, and ISeries. See below)
  • Upgrade any mattress purchase to a 1 year In-Home Comfort Exchange Trial by purchasing our Premium Microplush Mattress Protector by Leggett and Platt at the time of original purchase.  All stipulations above apply, but you will have the extra coverage time up to a year from your purchase.
  • Any free accessories must be returned with the mattress or kept at the regular sale price which would be withheld from the refunded amount.
  • Comfort guarantee is voided if the mattress is soiled.  Refunds nor exchanges will not be given for mattresses returned with stains.

  • Try the mattress for at least 60 days to really give your body time to adjust
  • Within 365 days of delivery if you are not happy with the mattress (which we are willing to bet you will be) call us to discuss what issues you are having. If the mattress is just not a good fit for you, you may return it for a full refund. We ask that you consider exchanging it for another model from our selection (we will refund any difference in price for lower priced models)
  • For local customers, we only charge regular local delivery fees ($39-$69) to come out and pick it up or to exchange.   You may also bring it back to us at no charge.
  • For out of state customers we charge the $150 transportation fee.

Wood & Metal Furniture Delivery

Our nationwide White Glove delivery partners will deliver and install your furniture in your home.  Wood & metal furniture products ship in factory packaging and although every precaution is taken during the transport, damages may occur from time to time.  Our White Glove delivery partners will repair any minor nicks or issues that can be made either on the spot or redeliver at no charge.  Manufacturers defects or concealed damages beyond repair are replaced in the next route to your area at no charge to you with our White Glove service. There are no cancellations or refunds available on shipped goods.
