I have affectionately referred to Sweet Dreams Mattress, Inc. at the Brawley School Rd store as a sleep deprivation clinic. Your kind associate, Sharon, as I walked in the door desperately needing sleep and relief from chronic pains, greeted me. In short, I gave her my symptoms and she prescribed to me the Mystere Comforpedic Mattress. I knew Goldilocks had found the perfect bed in only minutes of lying there. I tried other models but (mysteriously maybe?) returned to the Mystere. Thank you for the note regarding our recent purchase of the Simmons NxG 250 mattress from your company. We have been enjoying it very much, and feel that it was a very worthwhile investment. Our initial impression was that it was a huge upgrade over our previous set, but I purposely waited a while before replying to your note to be sure that our initial impressions were confirmed with longer use. Our old mattress was beyond its useful life, so to say that we were overdue is an understatement.
One of the things that led us to the Simmons was the reduced motion of the design. We experienced it with a bed in a condo we rented on vacation, and were so impressed with the mattress we stripped the bed to find out what kind it was! I'm sure it was a lower-priced model but it convinced us to look at Simmons and led us to your company and the particular set we ended up with. The fact that one of us can move or turn without bothering the other is by far the biggest feature for us. In addition, we really like the comfortable support of the foam layers, which I suppose is due to the specific foam used in the NxG model. It is incredibly comfortable, we seem to sleep better and wake up without being stiff and sore. It seems like the bed is a few degrees cooler, to the point that we have not had to lower our thermostat as much at night.
We had a minor hiccup with delivery, which I think was due to the particular model not being available on the day they were originally supposed to deliver, but that was not a big deal and we were able to reschedule with no problem. Your delivery people were courteous and professional, came right on time and were in and out quickly. It was a pleasure to do business with your company from Dana in the store to the follow-up from you. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and will definitely return the next time we need a mattress.
