• Sales & Marketing administrative support: updating pricing lists, compiling marketing information for various campaigns, mail outs and customer correspondence.
• Business Office & Human Resources administrative support: weekly/monthly reporting, data entry, filing, internal customer service and special projects as needed.
• Greeting our customers over the phone with a smile. Troubleshooting and resolving issues to create raving fans.
• Keeping the Owners, Business Office and HR Manager on top of their game by contributing your excellent organization, task oriented, project management skills to the team.
