As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 704-799-0048 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

MATTRESS DELIVERY INFORMATION


  • Local delivery includes in-home delivery, unpacking, and set up in your bedroom. Assembly or relocating of furniture, frames, or items not purchased from Sweet Dreams is not included or permitted without discussing with your sales associate prior to delivery. Charges may apply.

  • We reserve the right not to remove stained, soiled, or unsanitary bedding.

FURNITURE LOCAL DELIVERY INFORMATION


5 Star Furniture Delivery Setup:

  • Your new furniture will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your room of choice, and any assembly required. The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded on your behalf. Many items may be prepped and assembled in our warehouse prior to delivery to inspect for any damage.
  • All Star Assembly NOT included on RTA (Ready to Assemble) ETA (Easy to Assemble) or KD (Knock Down) furniture. These items are subject an additional assembly charge ($99 per item)
  • Furniture Removal is not available at this time.
  • Please report any damage on furniture at time of your delivery. If your furniture is damaged or defective, we will fix it. If it cannot be fixed, we will offer an exchange.

PREPARING FOR A SMOOTH DELIVERY


Carefully measure the space where the product will go, as well as doorways, stairways and halls along the way, to ensure the product you're selecting will fit. Please remove any breakable or value items from the walkways and hallways of the delivery path.

Read over your sales order to make sure address, phone numbers and delivery contact information is correct.

If you need removal of your old mattress set, please let your sales associate know prior to the date of your delivery. Our delivery crew will need to plan for the removal, charges will apply. We do not offer furniture removal at this time.

You will receive a text and email from our delivery manager the afternoon before your delivery with a 2 hour time window of when we will arrive. Please click the link to confirm your appointment. You will also receive a heads up call from your All Star Delivery team when they are on their way to your home.
