Everything about the ordering of our new box springs was super easy! Libra helped us over the phone with everything from understanding the quality to, what to expect with delivery and then made the payment very easy. The guys who delivered were very respectful and efficient. They even accommodated my ocd request to cover their feet with booties before coming in! They set up the box springs on the frame and even corrected how we had arranged it. They removed our old box springs and that was that! Oh! And they had the the best price without sacrificing quality!!!

My wife and I went to the Lake Norman location, Braden Rampersad is the sales rep that helped us with everything? Very knowledgeable, spoke in a language we could understand... outstanding. He educated us on all different types of mattresses, adjustable frames and my wife and I felt like we made a very educated, no pressure, decision to purchase. I think the name of the mattress is the Lake Norman Cool mattress, with the adjustable split frames, We also bought all of the bamboo cool sheets and storm 1.0 pillows. The communication was outstanding for customer service on delivery. Complete with text messages confirmation, when they were coming, and a phone call. Connor was our delivery person. He had one counterpart and they both did a very professional and quick job. Took them about an hour to install our new bed. Excellent experience with this company. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the market for a new mattress and ask for Braden.

We recently visited Sweet Dreams in Cornelius, in our search for living room furniture. The salesperson, Braden, was a huge help. He took the time to explain all the differences in construction of the various pieces we were looking at as well as helping us decide what would work best in our space. He was knowledgeable, professional and above all patient. Anytime we had a question, whether we phoned him or stopped by the store, he took the time to listen and give us the best service possible. When the furniture was delivered, the deliverymen, Chris and Ben, were on time and very careful to make sure nothing was damaged. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I have shopped at other furniture stores in the past but never had the kind of customer service I had here.

We went to look at a new recliner @Sweet-Dreams in Mooresville, NC. Val asked if we needed help, she pointed us to a room with several recliners to choose from. Val was very helpful and checked on us to see if there were any clarifications she could help us with on our decision. We did not buy a recliner but went with a very nice leather sofa with reclining on both ends. It’s very comfortable. If you need any new furniture check out Val at Sweet Dreams in Mooresville.

I have purchased several mattress over the years with them all being delivered. Each transaction was done with the most helpful pleasant sales people. No pushing. Each time they let me take my time to be sure I would be happy with my purchase right down to the young men how delivered them. Everything was top notch. I just called today to see if pillows I purchased years ago were still in stock. The young lady I spoke to was kind help and so pleasant. The pillows I have loved for years are no longer made but I’m sure when I visit the store I will find something comparable and will experience the same quality service I have in the past.

Even though we stopped into Sweet Dreams in Mooresville late on Memorial Day, Libra was so helpful! No pressure, and she took her time to answer all our questions. We fell in love with an Adirondack chair set for our patio, which was delivered the following weekend. They gave a 2 hr window the night before, called 30 mins before, and delivered within the window, making sure it was set up as we wanted. How often does that happen with any delivery?

When we arrived at Sweet Dreams Mattress & Outlet, Greg helped answer all of our questions, showing all the various options they had to offer, so we could find what best fit our needs. He was very patient helping us find the right financing option, explaining everything to help us and made sure even after the mattress and bed frame were delivered that everything was up to par. We’ve bought a lot of furniture from here. The owners and staff are very nice and patient. Additionally, they always give a Veterans discount. Our last purchase was a one of their custom designed Lake Norman Chill mattresses. It is well made and very comfortable. We tried 2 other mattresses from an on line mattress manufacturer. They just weren’t firm enough. It’s really hard to beat going in the store and laying on the mattress you want to buy or sitting on the couch or chair. When we need furniture this is our go to place.

I love Sweet Dreams! I bought all of my living room and bedroom furniture when I moved here in 2019. Then I discovered a MCM chaise sofa that I had to have. I placed my order and counted the days for it to be delivered. Then the order was delayed. Then delayed again and again. Apparently, a lot of other people fell in love with this chaise sofa. I waited it out because of Jimmy's amazing customer service. Jimmy contacted me regularly...sometimes weekly to keep me informed of delays and ETA's. That is legendary customer service!! Outstanding customer service. Beginning with Ryan Husk and Jimmy Hurtado at the store and ending with the most excellent delivery/set up team of Myles and Conner we could not have hoped for a better experience. We were in the market for a mattress topper for a high end (uncomfortable) mattress we recently purchased elsewhere. Sweet Dreams had a high quality topper at a reasonable price. While in the store we commented on a bed display similar looking to the Sleep Number beds. Ryan explained that the display included an adjustable base for mattresses which is sold separately. After learning more and a demonstration of the adjustable bed base we made the purchase. Today, Myles and Conner delivered and set up the base. They were on time, extremely professional, polite and respectful of our home. To say they worked well together is a serious understatement. It was very nice to see two hardworking young men who enjoy their jobs. This was our first experience with Sweet Dreams but not our last.

Let me start by saying this might be a long review, sorry. Went into the store Saturday and was friendly greeted by Jimmy. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and we got to what I wanted. I loved a piece but who doesn't want to compare shop and I let him know that. Not 10mins after I left the Cornelius store he had texted me the invoice had I bought from him. I went to another store and liked a piece there equally and they actually made the deal even better. Unlike Jimmy who sent me an invoice to look at and digest, the other store only sent me a docusign to close the deal. Long story short, I went back to Jimmy and he worked his deal to be closer to the other place. Although Jimmy was a little more, I made the purchase with Sweet Dreams because of Jimmy! They are lucky to have him and I will continue to go back to him for more purchases. I noticed an award behind his desk saying "Mr. Five Star" and he definitely lives up to that billing!! My furniture was delivered yesterday by Michael and Conner and they were awesome! Respectful of my home, quick and friendly! All around a fantastic experience...WELL DONE GUYS!! I most strongly recommend the Sweet Dreams store in Denver, managed by our salesman, Ryan. Ryan provided outstanding service and assisted us to ensure we picked the right mattress and foundation for our needs. I was at Sweet Dreams Mattress &Furniture last week. Jake Bates was the Associate who gave me information on Beds, Mattresses & Furniture & gave me quotes. He was very detailed. I went back a few days later with some questions & changes in my prospective order and had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Hurtado. He helped me to make decisions and I ultimately ordered the above items. Jimmy was very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. He also explained the benefits of their Protection Plan which I am getting as well. He is definitely an Asset to the company and I encourage prospective clients to visit him. I will be returning to purchase additional products from him. Great Company. I even got 2 phone calls from the owner before I went in because they missed my call. You can’t ask for better Customer Service than that!

The staff at sweet dreams in Mooresville were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery went so well! Preston and Damien were phenomenal in assisting us during the initial delivery. Such a great experience with Sweet Dreams! The sales associate Andy was so helpful, even texting multiple options & pricing to my husband for review. The delivery guys were so nice & efficient. They noticed a defect on the original delivery, sent pictures of it to the store & set up for us to get a new headboard. Today, Preston & Todd came to deliver the new headboard. They were great! Best all around service! So pleased!

Sweet Dreams' staff has been friendly, helpful and attentive from the day I walked into the Mooresville location through delivery of my mattresses. Hi I just received my sofa and two recliner chairs form Max and Damian. They were very friendly and very careful bringing my furniture into my home. They took the time to hook up and show me how to put the recliners together in case I ever need to move them.😊I’m very happy with my new furniture and delivery was perfect 👍

Damian and Max were professional, polite and efficient from the moment they got here until they completed the job. Whether they were asking if they should remove their shoes or would it be OK to go see the space where the furniture was going, they were courteous and respectful. Both gentlemen efficiently, assembled bedroom furniture and living room furniture for me, and were extremely considerate. They asked me questions about the exact placement of the furniture and inquired about any special wishes I had, which shows me they really care.

We had a great experience all around. Rylee was kind, helpful, and responded quickly throughout ordering and delivery. Evan and Conner delivered our bed and couch, they were both friendly and careful with floors and walls. They pointed out a small cosmetic issue with the bed which they reported to the store and that same day we heard from Rylee with two options to solve the issue. Our experience buying a mattress from Sweet Dreams was great, from the time we walked in the store to the time of delivery. Libra, at the store, was very informative and helped us pick the perfect mattress. Chris and Todd who delivered the mattress, were right on time, very polite and personable. Overall, amazing experience with Sweet Dreams in Denver. From the moment I walked in to the delivery. Greg was knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole buying experience (we never felt pressured). He even worked around our work schedules by staying open later than normal business hours, so both my wife and I could make the right decision on this purchase. We had also been considering a sleep number bed and adjustable frame. We definitely feel great about the purchase and a Sweet Dreams customer for life. Great experience buying a mattress from the Denver Sweet Dreams store. Ryan gave great information and gave us space to try things out. Delivery team are employees and are not contractors; very careful and efficient! We have a tight staircase and Chris and Michael navigated it with no issue. Ryan, our sales person was excellent! Very helpful in assisting us in selecting our living room & home office furniture. One of the chairs delivered on Friday was damaged & our delivery person, Chris was extremely responsive. He took photos & sent them to Ryan. Ryan circled back with us immediately & arranged for a replacement delivery the next day. I've giving a 5 star rating because the delivery guys were wonderful. Damian and Connor were great especially for two people on mattress size, weight and flex that needed three. They did the best job they could with what they were working with. Sweet Dreams may want to send three people on a delivery like this or figure out a way to better package the mattress so two people can manage the product. This will save harm to the product along with reducing employee injury.

We are still remodeling our master but couldn’t wait for furniture. I went in only looking for a dresser for our tiny home but left with night stands, bed and dresser! Katy and the entire staff are so accommodating and helpful. You can tell they really love what they do. Just when you thought customer service was obsolete...The Sweet Dreams experience was 5 star from the initial visit to delivery! Jimmy Sale Rep at Cornelius was friendly, knowledgable on products, and allowed adequate time for discussion and trials on mattresses. He was attentive and listened to specific requests needed in mattress support to enhance comfort and sleep.Delivery was scheduled promptly after purchase. The store confirmed delivery date and time in advance, and the delivery staff called to advise they were in route. Chris and Ben arrived at designated time, very courteous and efficient in delivery. This store/company has the WOW factor! Starting with the Store Manager Andrew at the Mooresville outlet location, this gentleman knows his business, first by qualifying me, making me feel that he was genuinely concerned about my well being. He walked me through the process, so that I had a full understanding of everything that I was purchasing. He arranged my delivery as promised within 3 days. I received an automated call confirming my delivery, which was a 2 hr window 8-10am, I then received a call from the drivers and they were at my home by 8:15 am. The two delivery drivers Preston and Conner were professional, polite, clean and quick. They answered all of my questions. I am very happy customer.. This is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have received in a very long time.. Keep up the great work team.........

So glad we came to Sweet Dreams Mattress and Furniture Cornelius! Jimmy Hurtado was so good with my 85 year old mother. So friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with a picture of a tag from a 10 year old bad and Matt matched it right away. He did not try to over sell me but offered me options. My daughter is super excited for the sleep challenge. Delivery in less than a week. Would definitely recommend for all your bed and furniture needs.

We are new to the area and were referred to Sweet Dreams by a friend. We had an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. The sales staff was very helpful and patient with us while we were trying to find the perfect furniture for our new home. The delivery crews were all very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We had three deliveries because we had to special order some items. Each time we had a delivery, everything was carefully wrapped and brought into our home without hitting any walls. When I had questions about the items, the delivery people were able to answer my questions. We will definitely be shopping with Sweet Dreams again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for furniture or beds. They have a huge selection of furniture and bedding, and we have received many compliments about the pieces we chose. Thank you for a very positive experience and for treating our new furniture and home with care.

I believe that I got good quality furniture for a low price with the bedroom furniture that I purchased for my teen son's bedroom. The staff members at the store were friendly and helpful. Max and Jake did the delivery and set up and were fast, friendly, and got the job done. I plan to make a purchase at this store again soon. I usually shop at the furniture outlets in Hickory but didn't have the time to drive around. This was a quick solution that ended up being as good of a deal as I would have found in Hickory.

I threw away my leg to my adjustable bed. I left a message and Matt called me back with in 10 minutes. I told him what I was looking for and sent him a picture. He corresponded a few times trying to make sure he had the right one. He text me this morning to come pick it up and he didn’t charge me. I don’t know of a business that would go through all of that for free! Simply Amazing! If you’re looking for furniture please go support them. A Business that looks out for the people. Found this place looking to try a specific mattress that had high reviews. I worked with Greg, who showed me different options based on my desire for a new mattress. (After shopping many other stores) I found the mattress set that I didn't have to second think. Delivery came yesterday. Just got our new mattress yesterday and I gotta say we received great service from both the sales rep, Braden, and the delivery crew, Conner and Chris. As a sales rep, Braden was friendly and an expert in his field; not pushy at all. We were extremely pleased with him. As for the delivery crew, they delivered the mattress at the expected time, took our old mattress away, and set up the new one in no time. We were impressed with Conner and Chris’ professionalism at such a young age. Both were respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

10/10 from start to finish!! From the moment my wife and I walked into the store, our experience was nothing short of stellar! We’ve been to two different locations, and the warmth and kindness you are met with is truly awesome! We were on the search for a new mattress, and having been to several other mattress stores in the area, we knew right away that whatever we went with would be through sweet dreams. We wound up purchasing a high-end mattress last year and ran into a small warranty issue with it about a month ago. We contacted Sweet Dreams about it, and Katy helped me through the warranty process. She and her team quickly took care of us and had us sleeping on a new mattress a week later. I work in customer service myself, and I can say with certainty that you will not find better service anywhere else, ESPECIALLY when buying a mattress (or any furniture for that matter). Everyone from the owners, salespeople, managers, delivery crew, etc. were all awesome! I’m not sure what the training process is here, but clearly management are doing their due diligence to ensure the entire team represents the company with pride, and it shows! I’m so glad that we found Sweet Dreams! We are definitely customers for life and will not be going anywhere else for all our future furniture purchases! Thanks again Katy & the rest of the team!

Great experience from the moment I walked into the door to when my mattress was delivered. I recently relocated to area and my 2 year old mattress was damaged during the move. I am one to research my products and services which lead me to Sweet Dreams in Cornelius. Braden Rampersad, the sales associate, was very professional and well versed in the different brands- he listened to my needs and preferences and was very helpful in my selection process. My mattress was delivered in less 5 days and the delivery team- Michael and Conner were amazing. They arrived on time, very professional, offered to remove their shoes (very considerate), friendly and were able to remove my damaged mattress, and place my new mattress up a very small stairwell to an attic bedroom without a hitch. They made sure I was satisfied with my mattress before they departed. Top notch from start to finish. Tonight I will rest easily on new mattress. Sweet dreams!

This was by far the greatest delivery crew I’ve ever had. They came before my posted arrival time, they worked hard, and fast, and they got the job done. Just moved from NJ and needed a new mattress. Went and saw Libra and she was extremely helpful. Mattress and box spring were delivered today earlier than they said. Arian and Todd were very professional and got the job done within minutes. This included removal of old mattress and box spring. Very pleased with everyone I dealt with
