I ended up purchasing a new mattress with a box spring, a sofa, and a recliner. Jimmy Hurtado was absolutely wonderful—helpful, warm, and welcoming. The showroom was spotless and beautifully arranged, making it easy to envision the furniture in our home. The delivery team was timely, careful, and incredibly efficient. The most thoughtful part of the experience was when Jimmy brought out a kids' table with coloring books for my two kids to keep them occupied while I finalized our purchases. Been a month now, but loving my new Malouf bed from Sweet Dreams Mattress, Andrew Schlesser’s family business. Also got a mattress from him a while back. Extremely good quality, solid wood and sturdy, much more sturdy than my Scandinavian Designs bed. When in need of bedroom furniture, I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again for quality. Bought bedroom furniture here. Rylee was very friendly and helpful. Had to wait a couple months for delivery, but everything came when promised. Conner and Preston handled the delivery and they couldn't have been nicer. They gave us a $30 gift certificate (that never expires, no minimum) for future purchases. Everyone who worked there seemed happy. It was a very positive shopping experience and we highly recommend this store.

Ryan was extremely helpful as we were looking to replace our Always hybrid mattress that was still like new (7rs old) but too firm for us at this time. Ryan explained the technology and gaurantees and warantees of several mattresses. we selected the Englander mattress and it was delivered in 4 days by Max and Myles who were exceptional. They removed the old mattress that weighted 200 lbs without a complaint and were very careful coming and going with each mattress. Highly recommend this company and the current management and staff of the Denver NC store.

Everything about the ordering of our new box springs was super easy! Libra helped us over the phone with everything from understanding the quality to, what to expect with delivery and then made the payment very easy. My wife and I went to the Lake Norman location, Braden Rampersad is the sales rep that helped us with everything? Very knowledgeable, spoke in a language we could understand... outstanding. He educated us on all different types of mattresses, adjustable frames and my wife and I felt like we made a very educated, no pressure, decision to purchase. I think the name of the mattress is the Lake Norman Cool mattress, with the adjustable split frames, We also bought all of the bamboo cool sheets and storm 1.0 pillows. The communication was outstanding for customer service on delivery. Complete with text messages confirmation, when they were coming, and a phone call. Connor was our delivery person. He had one counterpart and they both did a very professional and quick job. Took them about an hour to install our new bed. Excellent experience with this company. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the market for a new mattress and ask for Braden.

He took the time to explain all the differences in construction of the various pieces we were looking at as well as helping us decide what would work best in our space. He was knowledgeable, professional and above all patient. Anytime we had a question, whether we phoned him or stopped by the store, he took the time to listen and give us the best service possible. When the furniture was delivered, the deliverymen, Chris and Ben, were on time and very careful to make sure nothing was damaged. It was a pleasure doing business with them. We went to look at a new recliner @Sweet-Dreams in Mooresville, NC. Val asked if we needed help, she pointed us to a room with several recliners to choose from. Val was very helpful and checked on us to see if there were any clarifications she could help us with on our decision. We did not buy a recliner but went with a very nice leather sofa with reclining on both ends. It’s very comfortable. If you need any new furniture check out Val at Sweet Dreams in Mooresville.

I have purchased several mattress over the years with them all being delivered. Each transaction was done with the most helpful pleasant sales people. No pushing. Each time they let me take my time to be sure I would be happy with my purchase right down to the young men how delivered them. Everything was top notch. I just called today to see if pillows I purchased years ago were still in stock. The young lady I spoke to was kind help and so pleasant. The pillows I have loved for years are no longer made but I’m sure when I visit the store I will find something comparable and will experience the same quality service I have in the past.

Even though we stopped into Sweet Dreams in Mooresville late on Memorial Day, Libra was so helpful! No pressure, and she took her time to answer all our questions. We fell in love with an Adirondack chair set for our patio, which was delivered the following weekend. They gave a 2 hr window the night before, called 30 mins before, and delivered within the window, making sure it was set up as we wanted. How often does that happen with any delivery?

Went in on a Friday afternoon. Immediately greeted by Jimmy. Said we were looking for a couch and he showed us where to look. Wife and I tested all of them out while shopping - Jimmy came back just at the right time when we were ready to discuss what it would look like for a purchase. It was 4:30 at this point and the store was closing. I told Jimmy we liked this couch and would like to purchase. The whole process was incredibly easy and seamless. Working with Jimmy was a real pleasure. The couch was delivered today and we are very pleased!

We’ve bought a lot of furniture from here. The owners and staff are very nice and patient. Additionally, they always give a Veterans discount. Our last purchase was a one of their custom designed Lake Norman Chill mattresses. It is well made and very comfortable. We tried 2 other mattresses from an on line mattress manufacturer. They just weren’t firm enough. It’s really hard to beat going in the store and laying on the mattress you want to buy or sitting on the couch or chair. When we need furniture this is our go to place.

We were very impressed with Sweet Dreams Mattress and Furniture in Mooresville, NC. In store, Rylee was very helpful and knowledgeable with the different types of mattresses. Damian and Max delivered our mattress during the two hour time frame allotted. They were prompt, courteous, and worked in a timely manner. This is probably the fourth mattress I have purchased from Sweet dreams and Libra has been a wonderful help guiding me in the same perfect direction each time and even over the phone with purchases. Everyone in the store is helpful and kind and your delivery people are the best, very polite . I think this is a great company and more people should check out their mattress selection because it’s much easier when you have somebody who absolutely knows their product and is proud of it too. They do a great job I highly recommend them.

I love Sweet Dreams! I bought all of my living room and bedroom furniture when I moved here in 2019. Then I discovered a MCM chaise sofa that I had to have. I placed my order and counted the days for it to be delivered. Then the order was delayed. Then delayed again and again. Apparently, a lot of other people fell in love with this chaise sofa. I waited it out because of Jimmy's amazing customer service. Jimmy contacted me regularly...sometimes weekly to keep me informed of delays and ETA's. That is legendary customer service!! Thank you Jimmy for such a pleasant experience. A big thanks to Preston and Todd who were very professional and friendly when they delivered my chaise sofa.

Outstanding customer service. Beginning with Ryan Husk and Jimmy Hurtado at the store and ending with the most excellent delivery/set up team of Myles and Conner we could not have hoped for a better experience. We were in the market for a mattress topper for a high end (uncomfortable) mattress we recently purchased elsewhere. Sweet Dreams had a high quality topper at a reasonable price. While in the store we commented on a bed display similar looking to the Sleep Number beds. Ryan explained that the display included an adjustable base for mattresses which is sold separately. After learning more and a demonstration of the adjustable bed base we made the purchase. Today, Myles and Conner delivered and set up the base. They were on time, extremely professional, polite and respectful of our home. To say they worked well together is a serious understatement. It was very nice to see two hardworking young men who enjoy their jobs. This was our first experience with Sweet Dreams but not our last.

Let me start by saying this might be a long review, sorry. Went into the store Saturday and was friendly greeted by Jimmy. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and we got to what I wanted. I loved a piece but who doesn't want to compare shop and I let him know that. Not 10mins after I left the Cornelius store he had texted me the invoice had I bought from him. I went to another store and liked a piece there equally and they actually made the deal even better. Unlike Jimmy who sent me an invoice to look at and digest, the other store only sent me a docusign to close the deal. Long story short, I went back to Jimmy and he worked his deal to be closer to the other place. Although Jimmy was a little more, I made the purchase with Sweet Dreams because of Jimmy! They are lucky to have him and I will continue to go back to him for more purchases. I noticed an award behind his desk saying "Mr. Five Star" and he definitely lives up to that billing!! My furniture was delivered yesterday by Michael and Conner and they were awesome! Respectful of my home, quick and friendly! All around a fantastic experience...WELL DONE GUYS!! I would hands down recommend Sweet Dreams to anyone looking for a local, honest furniture company! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful - especially Jimmy and the owner Greg. Jimmy’s communication and willingness to work with me to find pieces within my budget was second-to-none. Delivery and assembly was a breeze. I couldn’t imagine shopping for furniture anywhere else!

Jimmy Hurtado was simply FANTASTIC to deal with! Really helped my Mother with her mattress selection. Unlike other stores we visited he wasn’t just “trying to make a sale”. I most strongly recommend the Sweet Dreams store in Denver, managed by our salesman, Ryan. Ryan provided outstanding service and assisted us to ensure we picked the right mattress and foundation for our needs. We had been to another competitor and were really turned off by the competitor's high pressure tactics.....nothing like that at all at Sweet Dreams. Purchase was easy, delivery was on time and Evan and Conner truly provided white glove delivery. Plus they ensured we understood all remote control functions for our new power foundation. We live in Trilogy and see the Sweet Dreams truck in our neighborhood almost daily.

Sweet Dreams Cornelius was the absolute best furniture buying experience we have ever had. My husband and I just purchased a new home and we called to ask some basic questions days prior. When we arrived, we were in awe of how they greeted us! They had a congratulatory post for us on their front door for our new home and even set up a mini putting green for my husband!! They treated us like family with no sales pressure. Jimmy, who assisted us, was extremely knowledgeable, listened very carefully to our wants and needs plus provided other product options that he recommended based on our style, etc. Sweet Dreams Cornelius will be our go to place for all our furniture needs! I was at Sweet Dreams Mattress &Furniture last week. Jake Bates was the Associate who gave me information on Beds, Mattresses & Furniture & gave me quotes. He was very detailed. I went back a few days later with some questions & changes in my prospective order and had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Hurtado. He helped me to make decisions and I ultimately ordered the above items. Jimmy was very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. He also explained the benefits of their Protection Plan which I am getting as well. He is definitely an Asset to the company and I encourage prospective clients to visit him. I will be returning to purchase additional products from him. Great Company. I even got 2 phone calls from the owner before I went in because they missed my call. You can’t ask for better Customer Service than that!

Hi I just received my sofa and two recliner chairs form Max and Damian. They were very friendly and very careful bringing my furniture into my home. They took the time to hook up and show me how to put the recliners together in case I ever need to move them.😊I’m very happy with my new furniture and delivery was perfect 👍

Damian and Max were professional, polite and efficient from the moment they got here until they completed the job. Whether they were asking if they should remove their shoes or would it be OK to go see the space where the furniture was going, they were courteous and respectful. Both gentlemen efficiently, assembled bedroom furniture and living room furniture for me, and were extremely considerate. They asked me questions about the exact placement of the furniture and inquired about any special wishes I had, which shows me they really care.

Our experience buying a mattress from Sweet Dreams was great, from the time we walked in the store to the time of delivery. Overall, amazing experience with Sweet Dreams in Denver. From the moment I walked in to the delivery. Greg was knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole buying experience (we never felt pressured). He even worked around our work schedules by staying open later than normal business hours, so both my wife and I could make the right decision on this purchase. We had also been considering a sleep number bed and adjustable frame. We definitely feel great about the purchase and a Sweet Dreams customer for life. Also want to give a shout out to the guys, Connor and Even, that delivered the mattress and base. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Again great service from start to finish.

Absolutely loved working with Sweet Dreams from purchasing to delivery! Great personal and professional service at the Cornelius location. Items I ordered arrived quickly and the delivery team, Preston and Max, did an excellent job setting everything up! This is my second purchase from Sweet Dreams and both experiences were wonderful!
